Stand With McDonald's Workers

Fast food giants have notoriously skirted labor laws by claiming they?re not responsible for how their franchises treat their workers. In a BIG victory last week, the National Labor Relations Board's (NLRB) general counsel announced that McDonald's is indeed a joint employer. This means that the company can now be held accountable for the substandard wages and working conditions it effectively controls.

McDonald's, which made $5.5 billion in profit last year, "has vowed to fight this," and these workers need our support.

Join Jobs With Justice and USAction to stand in solidarity with McDonald?s workers who are fighting for a brighter future and a voice in the workplace.
